Advertising – Complete Advertising solutions like Media Planning and Media Buying for Print, Radio, TV, OOHThis opening is for the Digital Solutions vertical.Job descriptionWe’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist (All rounder) for our Digital Marketing vertical, who’ll be responsible for handling Client’s accounts for Digital Marketing services, in addition to the agency’s in-house digital marketing to promote the business.Job Roles & Responsibilities Plan, execute and monitor the agency’s own end-to-end Digital Marketing.Handle client’s Digital Marketing for promoting their brand/business through various digital platforms.Should have a good understanding of the basics of Marketing and be able to relate with client’s business.Should be able to understand client industry, and map competition for research purposes.Should have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience on-SEO- On page, Off Page & Technical SEOSMO – have hands-on experience in account creation, managing, optimizing and posting on various social media platforms for clients. Social Media Marketing –running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Youtube.PPC Marketing – Google AdWords, Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Display Ads, Email marketingPlanning Ad campaigns and executing them on digital platformsWordPress based Web designing or development would be a plusComfortable working on Google Analytics, understanding the metrics, deducing information from the same and generating reports from it.Understanding firms’ goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs Set the marketing strategy across multiple platforms, markets and channels with a major focus on scaling performance marketing efforts across PPC, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & moreOptimize spends and performance based on the data insights in Google Analytics reports.Contribute to develop strategies for Lead generation / sales promotions as per pre-defined marketing objectives.Generating qualified leads online.Brainstorming on new creative growth strategies.Capable of collaborating with other Digital agencies and other vendor partners (local or international in different time zones) and get work done from them.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Have a creative mindset and creates & manages engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messagesCollaborate with Creative, Content, Marketing, Sales and Client (if need be) teamsMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationProvide constructive feedbackReview new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.Fix any errors or bugs in online contentHe/She should be up-to-date in recent digital marketing trends.An excellent multi-tasker with great attention to detail, this individual is capable of seeing the micro and the macro to deliver the best possible plan of actionKeyword research & keyword optimizationContent Posting on WordPress site / blog / social media sites- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest.Assisting other team members with their workloadPlan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practicesWork jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & developmentResearch & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industryEnsures brand consistency in marketing and social media messagesWith such a variety of tasks, it’s for this reason we’re looking for an ‘all-rounder’ and someone who feels right at home on the internet.*Required Experience, Skills, and QualificationsPrior experience of working in a Digital Marketing Agency is a must.Minimum experience of 4-5 years is required.Must have worked on multiple clients and have positively contributed in their growth journeys.Must have an excellent skill set of all spheres of Digital Marketing and driving Digital growth for an organizationHaving the formal certification in Digital Marketing Studies is a must.A person with hands-on experience and relevant knowledge, with a proven track record but no formal certification will also work.**Expected Start Date: ImmediateJob Type: Full-timeSalary : As per industry standardsCandidate should have own laptop*Should be okay working from office.
