We are looking for a Video Content Marketer. In this role, you’ll take complete ownership of Hiver’s video marketing calendar. You’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive video marketing strategy, creating video scripts and storyboards, overseeing the distribution of Hiver’s video content, and monitoring critical video marketing metrics.
You’ll get to work on a diverse range of projects, including product walkthroughs, demos, new feature launches, SEO-centric videos, and employer branding videos. Additionally, you’ll work on repackaging existing content assets into high-quality, engaging videos.
You’ll work closely with our motion graphics designer and video editor, so basic knowledge of editing software and design concepts is a bonus. Occasionally, you’ll have to coordinate with an external crew and talent for producing brand videos.

Develop, oversee and implement Hiver’s entire video production calendar
Plan, script, storyboard, delegate responsibilities, and set deadlines for video projects
Create video content for product walkthroughs, demos, new feature launches, SEO-centric videos, and employer branding videos
Work closely with motion graphics designer and video editor to produce high-quality video content
Review and repackage high-performing existing content assets into compelling video stories
Keep close track of important video marketing metrics like view count, social shares, completion rate, conversion rate, play rate, bounce rate, etc.
Hire and coordinate with an external video crew and talent when necessary
Manage Hiver’s video library
BA in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred
2 to 4 years of experience in video content marketing. Prior experience working with B2B SaaS organizations is a plus
Knowledge of SEO, marketing funnel, and varied marketing video formats and styles
Passion and flair for great writing and visual storytelling
Experience designing content marketing campaigns (strategy, content calendar, distribution, measurement, etc.)
Basic knowledge of video editing software (such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere) and design concepts is a plus
On-camera experience and skills are a plus
