MARCOM Manager Marcom Marcom is a key part of the Marketing Department. In today’s world where customers are more onto social media and mobiles their requirement has been increased many folds. The key role of Marcom is to effectively communicate the Vision, Mission and Key messages of the Organization to external/internal customers in a professional and effective manner. Marketing communication helps to move products, services, and ideas from manufacturers to end users and builds and maintains relationships with customers, prospects, and other important stakeholders. They have following key responsibilities: 1. The Voice of the Company. 2. Delivering a cohesive company message across all channels. 3. Creates & implements communication programs on social and print media that effectively describe and promote the organization values, its products, graphics, brochures, fact & data sheets, logos and other promotional products. 4. Increase Brand awareness by developing effective advertisements and promotional campaigns that includes Identifying the target audience, determining the communication objectives, designing a message, choosing right media & collecting the feedbacks. 5. Communication with external publications, print or social media is the responsibility of the Marcom department. 6. Manage the research and development of contents for publications. 7. Creates informative contents for products with help of product managers. 8. Oversees and prepare & presentations and speeches. 9. Rolling out effective leadership massages. 10. Strengthen Customer Loyalty. 11. Advertisement, Sales promotion, events, public relations, Online and social media, mobile marketing Advertising and sales promotions through social media will continue to play important roles in the marketing communication mix. They communicate it in an effective way, by creating brand awareness and brand image in consumer’s memories, every brand delivers an impression that can strengthen or weaken customers’ view.
